Congratulations to Lamorinda 14U  for winning NCTB’s Ultimate Memorial Day Tournament!  The boys swung hot bats all weekend and sealed the Championship with a decisive win over the Quakes.

Congratulations to the Lamorinda 14U team who went undefeated this weekend to win NCTB’s Home Run Derby at Twin Creeks this weekend!


The Lamorinda 14U team won the St. Patrick’s Day tournament at Billy Hebert going 4-0 and outscoring their opponents 41-14 over the weekend. Tourney MVP honors go to Nash Rudy who hit (2) HR’s on Sunday. The 14s look to keep the momentum going this coming weekend at the TBS Regional Event at BLD in Manteca.

Lamorinda 14U – Moraga, CAN
The explosive offense of Lamorinda’s 14U squad led to an 8-0 final against Nor Cal Valley in the championship game of the Mardi Gras Classic.The team from Moraga, California dismantled opponents by six runs or more in the tournament and averaged 12.25 runs per game. Their 19-2 victory against the San Jose Cardinals 14U in game two was one of the team’s biggest victories of the season.Lamorinda’s pitching staff limited opposing bats to just 3 runs per game as the team finished 4-0 in the
series.

With the Mardi Gras Classic in hand, Lamorinda captured their first USSSA tournament of 2013, and the
second title overall this season. The boys improve their record to 25-9.
